I have to give a 10 star rating for the outstanding, excellent customer service for Jared (Service Advisor). Thru all the kios that my warranty company put me thru Jared was one top of everything. Very god experience dealing with Kim in sales. I went through some of the process, but ended up having to put a hold on it due to extended travel. She was thoughtful and understanding and made the process so smooth and seamless. Highly recommend using her as a sales associate as I will be when I return and purchase my car. I am not the easiest to deal with and she was really great.
